Role: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Organisational purpose

To ensure the Managing Director (MD) is supported to be successful in the planning and execution of the Rowland strategy

Primary responsibilities

  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the MD’s office, including client liaison, effectively screening telephone calls, emails, general correspondence, printing, opening and sorting mail
  • Arrange meetings, business trips and events including travel, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and other tailored requirements
  • Organise, prepare for and attend leadership team meetings, take minutes and follow-up actions
  • Event management
  • Maintain Lobbyist register
  • Monitor Corporate inbox and distribute accordingly
  • Manage receptionist/coordinator and oversee their work
  • Overseeing office facilities management, including stationery and stock around the office, logging any maintenance issues with Knight Frank
