Jennifer is a specialist in communication strategy, reputation management, corporate positioning, facilitation, coaching and training.
With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate communication, Jennifer has worked at a senior level in a range of industries. During this time, she has held national corporate communication management roles and consulted to a range of national and international companies.
Jennifer has overseen and implemented communication strategies for several major organisations in the private and public sectors. She is highly skilled in analysing the complex environments in which companies operate and charting a course to meet the clients’ end outcome while managing the requirements of sensitive stakeholders.
Known for her ability to analyse situations from a range of perspectives, Jennifer provides practical, solutions-oriented advice to clients.
Jennifer’s wealth of experience in communication management is the basis of her work in reputation management and positioning strategy. She has achieved successful outcomes by developing practical strategies focused on creating, maintaining, and where required, rebuilding reputation.
This work has involved research and analysis of the client’s internal culture, external operating environment, and their stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
Her skill lies in crafting the strategy required to bridge the gap between current and desired reputation and expectations.
Jennifer has provided support to the Queensland Government on various communication strategies and change management programs. She has also developed strategies for clients within the infrastructure, energy, resources and education sectors.
As an expert facilitator Jennifer has facilitated workshops with elected representatives, Boards, CEOs, and senior leaders in the infrastructure, resources, energy, education, government, and non-government sectors. She has a special interest in leadership coaching, particularly in relation to empowerment and mindset.
