Following her successful sporting career in beach volleyball, winning a bronze medal at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and a gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Nat has gathered a wealth of knowledge in the sporting world.
After retiring from elite sport, she has continued to make an impact in the sports landscape. She is the founder and CEO of Sandstorm, a successful beach volleyball sports venue and events company.
She has also held leadership roles in various organisations, including the Australian Olympic Committee, having chaired the Queensland Olympic Council for 10 years.
Nat is a sought-after inspirational speaker and is passionate about working with businesses and their people to share her experience and expertise in the fields of sport, business, well-being, motivation, leadership, teamwork and growth.
