Jo Osborne has been at Rowland for more than 13 years, providing corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, issues management, and research support to public and private sector clients.

Her expertise lies in helping achieve corporate and business objectives through targeted and strategic communication, delivering successful outcomes for clients and their stakeholders.

She works closely with technical staff to identify, mitigate and manage communication risks, and distil highly complex technical information for broad stakeholder audiences.

Jo’s significant experience spans the private and public sectors, local and state government, and government owned corporations. She has an in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of industries including energy, mining and resources, government, transport, education, infrastructure, health and professional services.

She has developed and managed stakeholder engagement programs for some of Queensland’s largest infrastructure projects and provided independent verification and certification services for Gold Coast Light Rail — Stage One and Canberra Light Rail.

Jo regularly provides issues and crisis management support to clients and has developed and implemented communication strategies for organisations seeking to communicate significant operational change or protect and rebuild their reputation. She is a skilled corporate writer.
