Laura is an Account Executive in the Corporate Affairs team working across a variety of sectors. With an international background, she brings a unique perspective to interconnectivity. She upholds a high standard of client satisfaction by implementing strong written and spoken communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to craft a narrative.

In her role, Laura has supported the planning and execution of proactive and reactive media engagement aligned to client objectives and reputation management. She has developed and adapted key messages, adjusting tone and focus points around audiences and platforms to ensure brand consistency and integrity.

Laura has coordinated media outreach to ensure client’s messages and objectives are delivered effectively to the right audiences. She uses targeted research to determine best approach, combining strategy with creativity to find new ways of achieving top results for clients.

She has marketed events and assisted with influencer campaigns to generate conversation and interest across social and traditional media channels. She has followed these activities with coverage reports to gain insights into public sentiment, track trends, and determine success.

Previously, Laura worked as an embedded consultant and the first point of contact for stakeholders on the $5.75 billion Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), delivering improved infrastructure to South East Queensland ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. She used knowledge and empathy to effectively engage with directly and indirectly impacted stakeholders around sensitive topics and ensured locals and elected representatives remained up to date on the project’s progression.
