Andrea is a Manager in Rowland’s Corporate Communication team specialising in stakeholder engagement across private and public sectors.

She is known for her excellent relationship management, problem solving skills and her passion for delivering positive impacts for local communities.

With over five years construction and infrastructure sector experience, Andrea has been responsible for establishing and delivering the stakeholder and community engagement strategies for prestigious projects in Brisbane and Central London (totalling over £500m contract value), going above and beyond client expectations.

She can drive the delivery of a stakeholder engagement strategy while managing multiple requirements including those of clients, local government, and corporate partners, in order to maximise a development’s positive impact.

Andrea concisely develops and produces regular documents, reports and other communication materials to convey a project’s position on stakeholder engagement issues. This is aided by her ability to maintain a high standard of record-keeping regarding key stakeholders and issues.

She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, providing expert advice on community matters for board papers, business cases, stakeholder briefings and tender documents. Andrea has facilitated and supported project community engagement events and initiatives in collaboration with team members, however has often worked independently to manage these activities.

Andrea is highly attentive to the needs of key stakeholders as well as the greater community, always ensuring their concerns are understood, captured, and progressed effectively.
