Kathy Mac Dermott has nearly 40 years’ experience in property and communication, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of the Property Council of Australia.
In this role Kathy was responsible for leading the commercial operations of the Property Council and driving its diversity and inclusion initiatives. In August 2021, Kathy established her consultancy and is an independent advisor to Rowland. She has a long-term affiliation with Rowland having worked with the organisation in 1996-98 and 2005-10. Kathy is delighted to be working with the Rowland team and its clients on projects where she can bring her specialist experience and skills set to add value.
