Account Manager

Holly is an Account Manager in Rowland’s Corporate Affairs team, with experience spanning internal communication, events, content development, governance and reporting, and executive support. She partners with clients to develop clear, strategic communication that strengthens organisational alignment, supports leadership objectives, and engages stakeholders at every level.

Holly has experience supporting enterprise leadership teams through strategy development, business planning, and executive communication and engagement. She has coordinated communications to senior leadership and Boards, prepared risk and performance reports, managed governance processes for senior teams, and led multi-channel internal communication initiatives across global organisations. She also has strong project management experience, having managed enterprise programs and event delivery.

Holly has worked with global teams and brings a strong cross-cultural understanding to her work. She is skilled at navigating diverse perspectives, building relationships across regions, and ensuring communication and initiatives are effective in multicultural and international contexts.

Holding a Bachelor of Business and a Certificate of Governance and Risk Management, Holly combines strong writing and editing skills with a solid understanding of business operations and the corporate environment.
